Carlos J. Molina


Mr. Molina is a principal of IPG Securities Asset Management Switzerland. He resides in New York where he enjoys a career in wealth management spanning over 20 years, previously holding positions as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co., Executive Director of the Private Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. He was also a partner of the largest Latin American private banking team at Barclays Capital. After a successful career in Wall Street, he co-founded IPG in Geneva, before leading the company to the successful acquisition of PIBL.

Mr. Molina holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a master’s in business administration from HEC Paris, France and the UCLA Anderson School of Business. Carlos is fluent in Spanish, English and French.



Fabian Onetti


Mr. Onetti founded Winston Capital Advisors in 2016 as a responsive solutions provider to the underserved LATAM wealth advisory market and South American institutions with a need for a bicultural perspective and strategic approach to global capital markets.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry focusing on Emerging Markets and International Finance servicing UHNW clients. Over 24+ years at Morgan Stanley culminating as Head of International Sales for the Wealth Management Division, with responsibilities for business across all Non-US Jurisdictions. Over US$125 billion in Assets under Management (AUM), US$425million Revenues. Morgan Stanley runs the largest International Wealth Management business in the United States.

Mr. Onetti managed the New York International Wealth Management office for six years, doubled assets, revenues and professional staff; 2007-2012, US$8billion. AUM, US$60million in revenues, 32 Advisors.

In 1992, he was awarded from New York University. Earned BA, Business Administration & Theology in 1986 and MS in Accounting, 1987, Universidad Católica Argentina, Buenos Aires.



Alecia Bowe


Alecia is a co-founder and managing partner of Karam, Missick and Bowe Bahamas. Alecia is a former partner of Chancellors Chambers, a local commercial law firm. She specializes in real estate development, resort development, banking and securities, mediation, assets recovery and corporate and commercial matters. Her legal career is complimented by a diverse background of over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and banking industries.

Mrs. Bowe graduated from The University of Buckingham, England and is a Member of The Honourable Society of The Middle Temple and The Bahamas Bar Association. She is also a director on the board of Consolidated Water Bahamas Ltd.



Marco Netzer

Vice Chairman

Mr. Marco J. Netzer is the Honorary Chairman at Banque Cramer & Cie SA, a Member at Swiss Chamber of Arts & Crafts and a Member at Vereinigung Schweizerischer Handels & Verwaltungsbanken.

He has extensive experience in the fields of banking and finance. Among other mandates, he sits on the Foundation Board of the Zürich Anlagestiftung, where he chairs the Investment Committee, is a member of the Committee of the Association of Swiss Asset and Wealth Management Banks and the Associazione Bancaria Ticinese and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Swiss Banking Association.

He has held a number of important positions at UBS both in Switzerland and in Hong Kong, where his role included responsibility for private banking and asset management for the entire Asia region. In 1998, he joined Banca del Gottardo as Chief Executive Officer for the entire Group, before becoming Chairman of the Board of Banque Cramer in 2006. In 2007 the Swiss Federal Council appointed him to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Federal Social Security Funds OAI/II/IC, a position he held until the end of 2015.

Mr. Netzer holds a law degree from the University of Zurich.



Cesar Muniz


Mr. Muniz has been an independent board member for over 15 years, and he has an established consultancy in strategic Human Resourses.

Mr. Muniz is also founder and CEO of PHI Humanitas, a strategic operator of the Talent Management function for medium size companies.

Mr. Muniz was a partner at Mckinsey & Co., Accenture and Russell Reynolds, additionally he held the CEO position of Human Capital Inc., a strategic consultancy in Human Resources. He also serves in the Board of Directors of American Express Bank.

Mr. Muniz holds a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana Mexico and an MBA from IMD Switzerland.


Lynden Maycock

Lynden Maycock


Mr. Maycock has been an independent board member since November 2018. He is a Chartered Accountant, licensed with the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants with extensive experience in company audits, compliance and management information systems setup.

For 10 years he was the Chief Financial Officer for Higgs & Johnson, counsel and attorneys at law; and was also a Senior Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr.  Maycock is the founder and Managing Director of Accounting Outsource Services Ltd., a 10 year firm of certified financial industry specialists with particular strengths in financial and corporate services, offshore investment companies, insolvency matters and pension funds.
